Our fabrics are soft to the touch but also robust enough to carry on looking good in any care environment.
In terms of care, the Signature Bed offers a wide range of features designed to maximise safety and comfort and boost feelings of independence, crucial in helping people regain the dignity and self-esteem.
The bed is fully height-adjustable and can come down as low as 25cm, making it comfortable and safe for both users and carers. The four-section profiling, anti-compression lying surface means users can get comfy whether sitting up or lying down and the comfort sitting position is ideal for reading or watching television. A convenient and easy-to-use low voltage handset gives users full control of all bed functions, further helping to increase feelings of independence. The two-part side rails are also a real asset in ensuring users don’t feel “trapped”.

01. Vat Exemption Explained**

Are registered as disabled.
Have an illness which is terminal.
An impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on your ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.
How to claim Vat exemption:
If you qualify for Vat exemption we need a written declaration via a completed Vat Exemption form we provide, prior to your order being placed.
What if I do not qualify for Vat relief?
If you do not qualify for Vat relief, then Vat will be charged at 20%.

Our standard delivery timescales are as follows:

> Special order items 6 - 10 weeks.
We also offer a direct delivery service for stock products that are required urgently, this is priced based on your location within the UK. Please get in touch and one of our friendly product advisers will gladly provide pricing and options for this service.

We offer a full 14 day money-back guarantee, for all stock items sold. This provides peace of mind that if a product sold by us does not meet your needs, then a full refund will be provided.
For special order products that are ordered to your exacting specification, there may be a non-refundable deposit which will be agreed with you before the order is placed. 04. Home Demonstration Service
