Identifying vulnerable customers

Where a vulnerable customer is identified, our systems and internal processes are sufficiently flexible to ensure the customer’s individual needs are considered in an appropriate and sensitive manner. Our employees have received specialist training to agree and determine the most appropriate action required.We will explain to the customer what information is being recorded and for what purpose their information will be used. Other Individuals Present

Where an assessment, demonstration or sales discussion is taking place in-person, we actively encourage any vulnerable customers to have a relative, friend or healthcare professional (such as an occupational therapist) present.

Background Checks

Bakare Beds perform Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks on all it’s customer facing employees in order to check criminal records.

Security

Bakare Beds is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of data, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Bakare Beds are members of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) and governed by the BHTA’s Chartered Trading Standards Institute approved code of practice, which demonstrates a desire to run a business in the most ethical and professional way.The BHTA codes of practice has been implemented by Bakare Beds for many years – Bakare’s reputation for high customer care was built upon practices approved by the CTSI.

Are you entitled to VAT relief?
