Hi-Riser is an electrically operated wall-mounted changing table that is suitable for children and adults of up to 200kg (31.5 stone). Despite its robust structure, the Hi-Riser has a slimline design that ensures it fits easily into most environments.

The Hi-Riser Changing Bench is suitable for use within the professional health care facility environment as well as the home health care environment and has been designed so that it can be used with most mobile or ceiling hoists. The unique safety side rail stows away, streamlining access for transfers from a wheelchair, shower and toileting chair. The Hi-Riser also benefits from an impressive height travel range of 400-1000mm.

We understand that every need is different, which is why the Hi-Riser comes in seven different sizes that cater from young children through to adults. The Hi-Riser comes in a cream powder coated frame for dry environments or stainless steel frame for damp environments.

01. VAT exemption explained

Most people don’t realise they qualify for Vat exemption.

You are eligible if:
Have a condition that is classed as chronically sick.
Are registered as disabled.
Have an illness which is terminal.
An impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on your ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.

How to claim Vat exemption:
If you qualify for Vat exemption we need a written declaration via a completed Vat Exemption form we provide, prior to your order being placed.

What if I do not qualify for Vat relief?
If you do not qualify for Vat relief, then Vat will be charged at 20%.

02. Delivery & Installation

For your peace of mind, our delivery team are all CRB checked. We provide a full delivery & installation service, including taking the time to demonstrate the product you’ve purchased from us and answer any questions you may have.

Our standard delivery timescales are as follows:

Standard stock items 4 – 6 weeks or sooner.
Special order items 12 weeks or sooner.
We also offer a fast 5 working day delivery service for stock products that are required urgently.

03. Refund Policy

Standard Orders
We offer a full 30 day money-back guarantee, for all stock beds sold. This provides peace of mind that if a product sold by us does not meet your needs, then a full refund or exchange will be provided.

Special Orders
For special order products that are ordered to your exacting specification, there may be a non-refundable deposit which will be agreed with you before the order is placed. Our team of expert advisers are able to discuss your needs in detail via phone, email and live chat prior to your purchase, so an informed decision can be made.

04. 3 year warranty

3 Year Warranty Explained
We offer a full 1 year labour & 3 years parts warranty with all beds & cots sold. The 3 years parts warranty is subject to the bed or cot being serviced annually, in-line with the manufacturers guidelines. Please contact our service team on 01752 512222 for further information.

05. Product demonstrations

One of our friendly product advisers can provide virtual product demonstrations via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime and WhatsApp. This is a great way to discuss your requirements and also check if the functionality and features of the bed will be suitable, so you can make an informed decision on your purchase. We can also offer in-home demonstrations if required.

We have a non-sales approach for our free of charge demonstration service, we offer this service purely to make sure the product’s of interest will meet the needs of the end user/purchaser.

We are a reputable company who has been trading since 1993, we don’t believe in pressure sales tactics and understand that in some instances people are wary of inviting ‘sales people’ into their homes. Whenever we book a home demonstration, our friendly advisers always request that a close friend, carer or family member is present when the home demonstration takes place.

Please note that not all products viewable on our website are available for demonstration.
