Welcome to BaKare after sales service. This is where you will find support for electric adjustable beds. After sales support is important to us and that is why we employ our own nationwide network of dedicated BaKare engineers.

BaKare beds service delivery vanService and Support

The BaKare Service includes:

  • Scheduled service & inspection.
  • Qualified Engineer telephone response within 12 hours of the fault being reported.
  • Qualified Engineer on call 365 days a year.
  • Annual reporting of logged faults, enabling clear identification of inherent problems and/or staff training needs.

Dedicated Support


  • Breakdown call-out, repair, & servicing of:
  • beds (including non-BaKare / Volker beds)
  • mattresses (including air mattresses)
  • hoists (e.g. Arjo, Invacare, etc)
  • other mobility equipment
  • Annual / periodic inspection of the above
  • Delivery and bed moves
  • PAT testing
  • Audits
  • Training
