Savi Niklas Child Care Bed

The Savi Niklas is the latest addition to our wide range of childrens beds for rehabilitation purposes. It was designed with extreme flexibility and functionality of the barred sides in mind. The bed is accessible from all sides because the sides can be lowered independently of each other.

As with all cots in the BaKare range, the timber is specially treated to DIN71-3 (Toy Safety suitable for children) and comes complete with a wood care and repair kit.

Mattress Choice

BaKare recommend the Medi-Pro+ mattress range, which has been designed to provide a solution for both comfort and pressure relief on adjustable and static beds. Medi-Pro+ mattresses are stringently tested and fully meet fire regulations BS7177:1996 Medium Hazard, Source 5.
 

Safety and Standards

Mains power control circuit and low voltage operation for user safety. The following standards apply for the Savi Niklas child care bed:

  • EN 60601-2-38
  • DIN EN 32623:2002
  • EN 1970:2000

The Savi Niklas also complies with residential / nursing home insurance policies.
