The Volker S960 medical bed is designed to improve every caring aspect and to provide a safe, comfortable and pleasant environment for the patient to recover.

It promotes a positive environment for patient and carers due to its features, comfort, aesthetics and reliability resulting in lower institutional operating costs. Features such as electric positioning and assist rails support the patient and improve mobilisation whilst relieving nursing staff.

The Volker S960 is suited to hospitals, care homes and hospices requiring a professional nursing bed for acute care within multi-occupancy environments.

Mattress Choice

BaKare recommend the Medi-Pro+ mattress range, which has been designed to provide a solution for both comfort and pressure relief on adjustable and static beds. Medi-Pro+ mattresses are stringently tested and fully meet fire regulations BS7177:1996 Medium Hazard, Source 5.

Mains power control circuit and low voltage operation for user safety. The following standards apply for the Volker S960 nursing bed:
