Many outlets are selling adjustable beds and other mobility products with an unofficial 'parts only' warranty, and commonly smaller outlets operating as internet traders simply do not have the infrastructure to cope with breakdowns and service, and hence are able to reflect this into their prices. In reality, this means that if your bed malfunctions whilst within its warranty period, it is likely that you will have to diagnose and replace the defective parts yourself after they have been sent to you. It is also common for many companies to charge a deposit on replacement parts sent to ensure that you return the defective part promptly.

When you buy a product from BaKare, you are buying a product backed up by our dedicated in house support staff and a nationwide network of service engineers who carry an extensive range of spares and are able to attend on site if required.

All BaKare products are covered by a full call out, parts & labour guarantee for 12 months from the date of purchase. As an additional service to all of our customers, BaKare also offers a FREE 2 year parts guarantee, giving you additional protection.

Product Delivery Costs

Many traders use third party couriers to deliver their beds, which mean the bed will be delivered to your doorstep or driveway in a state of sub-assembly by a delivery driver with no product knowledge. You will subsequently have to move a 70kg (11 stone) bed to where it is required, assemble it and read and understand the operating instructions before use.

BaKare are different from the rest. We understand that you are purchasing a potentially life changing product, and when you buy one of our beds, we will send 2 engineers to:

• deliver it to where its needed
• assemble it in position
• verify that it is working correctly
• train you and necessary people on how to use it correctly

Unfortunately, offering this service to the whole of the UK involves fueling delivery vehicles and labour costs of 2 trained engineers per delivery; however we try to keep these costs as low as possible and we provide this service at cost price.
