1. Please forward a written order to the above address (fax’s are acceptable), stating

• Products required and quantities.
• Delivery address and contact name.
• Invoice name and address (if different).

2. a) A 20% deposit is required for special order items only.

    b) These items will not be ordered until Bakare Beds Ltd. has received this payment.

    c) Cancellation of Special Order items may result in the loss of part or all of the deposit.

3. Delivery lead-time is generally 4-6 weeks from order and will be confirmed the week prior to delivery.

4. Full payment will be required at time of delivery by way of cheque, (made payable to Bakare Beds Ltd.)


5. Bakare Beds Ltd. reserves the rights to refuse to execute any order if the arrangements of payment are unsatisfactory.

6. In cases where a seven day “trial” has been previously agreed between Bakare Beds Ltd. and the buyer, full payment must be made at time of delivery.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, inform us within the seven day period after delivery and we will arrange to collect the product(s) as soon as possible. In cases where the product(s) are in perfect condition, Bakare Beds Ltd. will refund all monies paid for returned products, including delivery and installation charges.

Where damages, either mechanical or cosmetic are apparent, and have been caused by neglect, wilful damage or by any other nature, charges of any or all of the total purchase price may apply.
