Bakare Beds Ltd Terms & Conditions for ONLINE ORDERS

ORDER PROCESS
For all orders we require confirmation, this can be via the website, email, fax or letter, and this confirmation MUST state the following:

1. Name and contact details.
2. Delivery address
3. Invoice address if different from above
4. Products and quantities required.

 
DELIVERY (standard items 4-6 weeks, special order 10-12 weeks)
Delivery dates will be confirmed the week prior to delivery & Bakare will try to deliver the goods as arranged with you. The delivery dates are given as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee them. You are not entitled to cancel the order or to claim damages if we cannot deliver on the dates we have arranged.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A 20% non returnable deposit will be required on all orders.  We will then begin to process your purchase. Cancellation of order items may result in the loss of part or all of the deposit. Full payment will be required prior to delivery or at time of delivery by way of cheque (made payable to Bakare Beds Ltd).

WHO OWNS THE GOODS
You will only own the goods when you have paid us all the amounts you owe under the goods order. Until that time we may recover the goods at any time.

BUYING BACK THE GOODS
We do not buy back the goods from you, outside of the seven day money back guarantee.

SEVEN DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, inform us within the seven day period after delivery and we will arrange to collect the product(s) as soon as possible. In cases where the product(s) are in perfect condition, Bakare Beds Ltd. will refund all monies paid for returned products, excluding delivery and installation charges. Where damages, either mechanical or cosmetic are apparent, and have been caused by neglect, wilful damage or by any other nature, charges of any or all of the total purchase price may apply.

This does not apply to:
• special order items
• for hygiene reasons, mattresses, or any sundry products likely to be used against naked skin

WARRANTY
We supply goods with a 24 month parts guarantee and a 12 month labour guarantee which applies from the date of installation and which covers the cost of parts and labour for faulty manufacture. It does not cover user error or misuse. We may repair or replace products at our discretion.

OUR RIGHTS
Bakare Beds Ltd reserves the rights to refuse to execute any order if the arrangements of payment and or delivery are unsatisfactory.
