This is where the very latest innovation from Volker (known as the Micro­Stimulation System) comes into its' own. The Micro-Stimulation system (or M.i.S.®) is a dynamic positioning system, through which various elements combine to promote increased mobility.

The system is made up of sixty "Spring" wings that are mounted onto suspended glass-fibre slats. The relevant mattress is then laid upon the system.

Pressure is evenly distributed over the many support sites, and the spring wings provide the stimulatory movement that those individuals with limited mobility need, resulting in superior comfort and thus healthier sleep.

Furthermore, natural blood circulation in the tissue is maintained and pressure sores and resultant pressure related problems are minimised.
